  This was one of the worst movies I have ever seen. Too many parts dragged on and on. And Anne standing on top of the Empire State building with nary a hair moving was ludicrous! I was expecting a lot more from Peter Jackson.

  I thought that King Kong was a graet movie. Although it had parts that just dragged somtimes, therefore it was a very long movie. Besides the parts that dragged it was a movie well worth my time and my money.

  Seeing as this is a peter Jackson film, i shoulda expected it would be this long. My favorite scene was of course kong vs. the 3 rexs. I dont know what type of spin Jackson was trying to put onto this but i think he made a movie with parts apealing to every type of movie lover. Anyone who has writen a bad review for this movie clearly only watches movies to waste time. This is why they shouldnt watch Jackson films (im not a fan LOTR btw but i recognize jackson`s skill as a true storyteller which is a rare talent these days due to technology).   This movie was way to long, As many of us pay $10.00 plus to see the beast known as King Kong, you should not get to excited as it takes about an hour and a half into the movie until you do. The story was a mushy love story between a man who loves a woman, a ape who loves a woman, and a woman who loves a man and a ape, confused? you should be. Altought the special effects in this movie where mind blowing, you shouldnt have to wait 90 minutes to see them and i would suggest waiting till video because three hours and 20 minutes is a long time to go without using the washroom....specialy after a movie theather size soft drink.   Brilliant!! My expectations have been surpassed. I just have to say that it is a truly beautiful film and Peter Jackson is a genius. This film is a true masterpiece.
