  fantastic movie. you know you can always count on a movie Tom Hanks is involved in. could have left our the 1 swearing scene and the movie would still have been effective.

  Hanks is totally believable in this real life story. Steven knows how to make a film - we all felt we'd seen a solid, great movie when it ended. Well done!

  Loved it.....Not sure how accurate it was historically but I feel that I learned something..since I remember the incident In real life. I never knew what happened to the pilot eventually.

  The conviction and tenacity of Tom Hanks stood out as a real positive. A fantastic way to end the movie.

  great story line. superb acting. Tom Hanks & Steven Spielberg: what more can you ask for? Plus based on true events. Excellent movie that never dragged during the 142 minutes. That in itself an achievement.

  All around a very good production. The period is accurately portrayed with sets, cars right down to the furnishing's in the homes and offices. Mark Rylance once again delivers a very impressive performance.
