  Ben Stiller's Secret Life of Walter Mitty is a funny, touching, and very enjoyable family film. Was better than I expected, and features great visual effects, as well as memorable scenes. Kristen Wiig and Ben Stiller give good performances, and this is a great holiday film for the entire family. A few script problems, but otherwise very good. 4/5

  The Secret is out on the Secret Life of Walter Mitty, and lends truth to the age old expression that some things are better left unsaid. This movie was tragically flawed from the beginning. Unclear if it was an action, romance, comedy or drama, with a painfully difficult storyline to follow. What began as a special effects action film seemed to turn into broke back mountain meets Up in the Air. Not even a rental in this movie goers opinion. Here's the secret: this movie was horrible, and that is a painful admission from someone who is otherwise a fan of Ben Stiller and Shawn Penn

  The Secret Life of Walter Mitty was a disappointment, and definitely not of the calibre of other movies I have seen. While the acting wasn't the best, it certainly wasn't noteworthy. I found the movie very fractured and disjointed. The story was very hard to follow, almost impossible to establish, and it was a very boring script. My date fell asleep and I was nodding off on several occasions. What ever action there may have been was not developed and edited in a clumsy manner. I feel this movie was not one of my favorites. I enjoy going to what ever movies time allows me to, but this one required a great deal more work to make it something more may enjoy. I do look forward to another movie o

  Nice written script with good story telling. Ben Stiller did good on this one and deserved a recognition. Beautiful sceneries with one of the best special effects.

  Enjoyed the movie as the story slowly leads into the adventure of the character. The scenery was very beautiful in his travels to other countries.

  It took me a while to get into the hang of the movie, finding it a bit juvenile and uninteresting. Fortunately the movie picked up and was redeemed by its surprising ending.
