  A very ambitious movie that is good but not great due to a few big gaps and gaffes (where do I get a flip phone with upper Himalayas reception!!??!!) I believe the movie could have been 20-22 minutes longer in developing some of the characters and back-story a bit better. Make no mistake, I enjoyed the movie, and it was filmed beautifully, it was a really good effort but it didn't quite make it to being a great movie.

  With this new movie it's obvious that Ben Stiller is trying to create his own niche. It's not a comedy or a drama or a romantic comedy or a road movie and his character grows more mature. It's the same structure we saw in Tower Heist. Good for him! Creating a new way of doing things, nowadays, it's no easy enterprise, no matter if you are Ben Stiller. This movie has hilarious moments and deeply reflexive ones. The chemistry between his character and Kristen Wiig's is moving. At the same time, the plot addresses a real, common situation, about media companies getting smaller and letting people go, but it also shows how it is possible to survive that situation. I really enjoyed it.

  Absolutely wonderful movie! The trailer eludes that it is more of a typical comedy...it is much more than that! It has it's moments where it definitely is funny, but it is also touching! Well done!!
