  I will see this every day for the next month because it's exactly what I've been hoping for in a Superman movie. If you want a slower movie go watch your girlfriends dramas.

  do not use another lex luthor movie, like come on, a reboot shouldn't necessarily be a rehash, give us brainaic, darkseid, something new...don't do the wrath of khan mistake of star trek into darkness, oh god please not another real lex-estate movie. this homage crap gotta stop...

  It was ok, didn't like the part of how he let his father die, superman saved kids in school bus but wouldn't save his dad about to die that he grew up with all his life, not believable. Amy for lois ok, maybe superman likes older looking women. Fiora was the best kryptonian in the movie, wish there was more time involving her. Oh and they used real estate again, but at least they are stepping up the notches, superman one and two western sea board, superman returns an island continent, man of steel the whole wide world! but they man enough monies to make the sequal, man of real estate next, this time the solar system is up for grabs! hopefully they won't make the star trek reboot mistake an

  Way too many boring flashbacks and looong fighting scenes.They could have put half the scenes in the deleted scenes. Movie was way too long and story line was crap. Although he was super hot!!

  Worthy of being a Superman movie.. would of been a 5 star rating.. except for the fighting.. was hard to follow at times.. Henry Cavill pulled it off.. still think Christopher Reeves is better but did a great job.. Worth watching !!!!

  Other Superman movies were just meh.. no great storyline, nothing. This one, on the other hand had a really interesting storyline, awesome cast, and action! Thats all you need in a movie. 5 stars hands down. Hope there's gonna be a sequel! :D

  This is an adult movie for Superman fans. No cartoony cheeseball humour. Yes, it is dark but so is the subject matter. An invincible being having to learn when to harness or unleash his powers is displayed well in this movie. Yes, I agree Lois role should have been recast with someone younger and flashbacks could have been shorter. Action scenes were intense. Good effort for a new take on an old favorite. Hope the second movie rocks like The Dark Knight.

  Saw it over the weekend. No doubt it was action packed! I just didn't like how the presented or revealed himself. Lois found out right a way he was Superman it was just way too soon! They could have done it in part 2. I love the action scenes but I just didn't like that it seemed that Metropolis was just in ruins, I mean it was too much for it IMO. Lois was ok, could be better but I think Amy was slightly better than Kate.
