  Good but not great. Cavill is an okay Superman but Lois and Perry were dreadfully miscast. Best I can give it is 3/5.

  Since I was a kid and saw Christopher Reeves, Superman. I have loved the character, I watched the cartoons, the shows from the fifties, and of course I read the comic. In 2007 I couldn't wait for Superman Returns. And all though most people didn't like the movie. I did, but I also liked it for what it was, a tribute to the previous movies and Christopher Reeves. Tonight I watched Man of Steel, and I can say without a doubt, that this is the Superman I have always wanted to see! This is the movie I have waited for, as a fan of Superman. GO SEE THIS MOVIE! Fan or not it is a great film. Don't pay attention to the haters or the critics or anyone who thinks this is a bad movie. Please t

  Hello folks, remember this is a comic book movie. There are gonna be fights, not just story line. Lets be real, this was an amazing version and I liked the relationship with father and son. Go see this in the theatre

  Hands down a great movie. Way better than what the trailer led on it to be. All the actors/actresses with a major role were great. A must see.

  By far the best Superman film to date. Henry Cavill IS Superman. Russell Crowe was an amazing Jor-El and I could have watched a full movie based on him and his world of Krypton.

  Enjoyed this interpretation of Superman. I didn't get the whole 'Kryptonian atmosphere' thing as that creates what I think is essentially an easy to make Super-strength sucker...
