I love to laugh and this made me laugh. Kida laugh about on average 300 times a day and adults only 5. Time to change that. Grew up with the Lone Ranger, and he's still a hero.

Klinton Spilsbury would kick this Lone Ranger's butt! Which reminds me, is Armie Hammer named after the baking soda?

What a great, fun movie! How can it get the sappy reviews. Depp was great as usual. He plays a great Tonto.

I see I'm not the only reviewer who remembers Klinton Spilsbury's version. This one had potential, but disappointed me.

This is a "ham" version of the Lone Ranger story. Depp"s quirky performance is not new but the lines are. Armie does not play a real hero role and is subservient to Tanto's character. The action scenes are great.Something a little different in terms of plot and scripting, hence worth seeing.

don't read critics views, they like to make all movies below average. I have seen movies ranked 1star, I always wonder if they saw the same movie I just went to see. the lone ranger is a fun, enjoyable movie for all, never laughed so much. using the sound track from original lone ranger was great. this is a movie that makes you forget what's going on in this troubled world and laugh a little. I can't wait to see if there will be another. enjoy all summer movies, don't listen to critics, make your own opinion.
