  I was disappointed. A self-absorbed beautiful woman has to go to Italy, India, and Indonesia to get over breaking men's hearts. Boo hoo.

  Moved way too slow and didn't dial up the mental hysteria (both depression and jubilation) that was present in the book.

  I have to say..I went to see this movie as a Birthday Present, I really didn't want to see it! But I am GLAD I did, it was a good movie!

  Read the book first and of course, it was better than the movie because of more detail. Julia Roberts is not my favourite actress. I think the movie could have been done giving more detail to her inner journey. The movie was good, although not academy award material. Lesley
