It`s amazing at the number of people who mentioned they did not like this movie b/c it made them "think", or b/c it was unfortunately (in their eyes anyway) more than the basic action movie they so passionately expected. Any movie that forces its` audience to think is worth making, and definately worth watching.

Plain and simple...very good movie. Go and see it. Don`t expect another Matrix style movie though. Just see it.

movies were created to send political messages and make people think...thus V is true to form and provokes thought, something CNN fails to do on a dialy basis

A very powerful movie with a hidden message. We better be on the alert.

giVe me a break with all the "political messages" and "people just don`t get it". If I want to think I will watch CNN, I go to the theatre to be entertained, not bored to death. This movie sucked.

This is a powerful movie, in that it makes the viewer reason within themselves the course of current events. The question of Liberty and Reason. vs. Tyranny and Conformity. It reminds me of the type of scenario that Rod Sterling`s Outer Limits would project. And yet considering the age and events we find ourselves, it is worth seeing.
