  This was easily one of the worst movies I have seen in many years. When everyone is saying there is no action it doesn't mean just no fight scenes, it means no action of any kind, story or otherwise. The plot was largely left out of this movie and what was left in was condensed into about half on hour near the end. The rest was filled with teen romance garbage to appeal to the teenage girls who like Twilight and things like that. HBP was my favorite of the Potter books, and easily the most interesting entry in the series, so its sad to see that the movie was wasted on ignoring the story and creating pointless boring, poorly acted filler.   Thoroughly enjoyed the movie. Best one yet. Not as dark and action-packed as the others. Lots of cute scenes and funny lines.

  Not only disapointing but also madening!! I hope somebody else in the future remakes this series because this movie and the film version of Order have destroyed the plotlines of the books.

  The ending sucked... dont believe people who say they saw it 3 times!! great build up... then nothing... end of the movie .. the whole theater was murmuring "what??" rent it and save you money

  this movie is absoultly wonderful all the reviews saying its bad are so wrong it is great i cant wait for the next 2 movies the parts are played great but they do leave us sort of hanging at the end but it is the same as in the books end and the romance is great it adds to a good movie all together with humor and love and action if your a huge harry potter fan go and see it if your not see it but dont leave comments to make us harry poter fans mad it was a GREAT MOVIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  it was more focused on love than action and adventure... i guess the older the actors are getting the story is getting mature too.

  To be honset I am more than just disappointed. I feel cheated. The scenes I was most looking forward to seeing were cut out to make way for a bunch of crap that was not in the book.

  A LOT of stuff was cut out - because I read the book I was able to follow the plot but a few of my friends who hadn't said it was completely random. The romance and comic relief was cute, though. Overall, wasn't amazing or anything...
