A good Potter film. Director did a good job of trimming the book but perhaps trimmed a bit too thoroughly. It comes across a bit superficial at times and ignores some material that would have been awsome on film. Some tie ins to book five are missing giving license to further cutbacks in the next movie. Definitely worth seeing but if you haven`t read the book do so because it will enhance the movie.

This movie was great. Considering the fact that the book is just under 650 pages, i think they`ve done a very good job of condensing it into one film. You`re never going to please everybody with what has been left out, but all the important stuff is still there. The film is visually stunning, the effects are great and there is much more humour and emotion than in the other 3 films. It also moves along at a much faster pace which is a refeshing change. 2 thumbs up, and i hope to see it again before the DVD comes out.

I personally loved the new HP movie. BUT i do think they should have made it into 2 movies and kept all the interesting details they cut out. Like the forest scene with Krum and Harry, The houseelves, more of the tournament, the little quirks that were in the maze in the book but not the movie, they may be small things but they were definitely an important part.

Overall, I think this was a well done movie. I understand that they had to summarize the book for time`s sake and omit some parts of the book, but I was a bit disappointed with this film. I would have liked it to focus more on the Harry, Ron and Hermione`s life at Hogwarts and things that relate them more to today`s teens. Though, I did feel that the actors were amazing I just hoped it could have been a bit more true to the book.

I think it was a very cool movie! I liked the acting of Rupert Grant, Emma Watson and Daniel Radcliff. The actor playing Dumbledore is a great actor! I wish the movie was longer!!
