  the movie is the biography of Chris Kyle. It does not have a fictional foo-foo good time plot! It's a real life story with a real ending that can't be changed! Much respect to the family of Chief Kyle and Thank God for all his hard work and all the US soldiers he saved on his 4 tours overseas! God Bless the Kyle family and all the soldiers serving or suffering!

  intense, well directed movie. It would have been nice if they could have incorporated the murder trials into this movie as the end makes you feel empty with very little to talk about.

  I find it a bit "ironic" that people think this movie is "propaganda". They're also the same people who never put their life on the line for their country. Its real easy to ridicule someone, or something when you hide behind ignorance. Oh, by the way, GREAT MOVIE!

  Great movie, riveting and insightful you actually can feel like you are in side of Chris's shoes and can feel what he felt. Not a war movie, doesn't make any political statements as some have claimed. It is about Chris. His life, his family, his feelings, his trauma, and his demons. Worth every penny.

  I liked it because it showed what these men go through in a time of war and after they come home. Very moving, I used 2 tissues.

  My wife and I went to see American Sniper yesterday. I'm not sure if I've ever seen a more disturbing film! The news story of the beheaded Japanese reporter yesterday confirms the idiocy of these people. ISIS and the Islamic movement have to be destroyed before they start killing our children because they already torture and kill their own.
