It's a déjà-vu type of storyline. John is too doting and falls for her innocent face while Kate is sure that there is something wrong with Orphan. Haven't we seen this before like the Bad Seed, the Omen, Rosemary's Baby... A return but I must say it kept me wondering if there was really something wrong with Orphan or was it Kate? It held my attention.

Simple story, but well produced, communicated and directed. The main actress was very good.

This movie was great, I didn't think I was going to like it as much as I did, the ending took me by surprise and I enjoyed it very much.

The movie was fantastic ! In her little dress, Esther is such a princess, no wonder why Kate and John (the parents) adopted her. The second you meet Esther, you love her. The ending was simply amazing, I didn't see that coming, wow ! The movie trhilled me every minute, there is always something going on, and most of the time, there is something wrong with Esther.

Not too scary, but scary enough to send a chill up your spine from time to time.
