  Excellent movie loved the graphics sadly war is just as violent as they made it seem but the war ships were obviously cgi they would have sent shock waves in the water when fired

  This is an amazing movie, difficult to watch at time due to the subject matter. Nevertheless is a story that needs to be known. One of the best movies I have ever seen.

  I rarely , if ever write reviews but this movie needs to be seen . Our society today uses the term "hero" far too casually . You want to see what a true hero is ? then go see this movie. War scenes are graphic and real but that is war. Mel Gibson does not sugar coat the reality of war. However this is a story of conviction, beliefs and heroism at it's highest level and the majority of the movie is not blood and guts . Mel Gibson hits an massive home run with this movie. A must see.

  Outstanding war movie...Mel Gibson did a great job with this true story. Enjoyed the interviews at the end of the movie with the veterans that the movie was written about.

  Awesome movie, especially on Remembrance Day. 2:25 min flew by. Lots of action and based on true story. Truly amazing a must see.

  A great reminder of what our country's men sacrificed during wars fighting for our freedom. These men paid the ultimate price. The story of this man's convictions and trust in God was inspiring. The negative: very graphic and bloody, but a reality.
