  Spoiler alert, Cats the movie in not a documentary, drama, or sc-fi. It's theatrical-stage fantasy, set in a make-believe environment of felines, filled with a variety of diverse movement, dance, song, and CGI visuals galore. It's the cat's meow!

  It's a failure, but kind of fascinating as well. This is one of those rare instances where Hollywood rolls the dice on risky (re:strange) material, and it falls flat on its face. It's bad but also so bizarre that it's likely to become a camp classic. Razzie nominations are inevitable.
