  A beautiful film- richly rendered, wonderfully acted. An amazing story. But definitely not a children`s fairy tale. One of the best films I`ve seen in years.

  I wasn`t too impressed. There`s definitely a ton more of the war drama than the actual fantasy, and the fantasy story really wasn`t very original anyway, all various things you`ve seen before put together. The two aspects are mixed well, and the war drama is decent, but I would have waited to rent it.

  An amazing thought provoking film. Shows how the young and terrified escape from the evil that man does into their imagination, if only briefly. Not a good movie for those who think McDonalds has good food or shop regularly at WalMart. I would recommend you stick to "Weekend at Bernies" or those wrestling programs.

  Dark, sad and depressing. Children SHOULD NOT see this movie! I see it advertised as a fantasy movie, but the brutal violence is far more disturbing than anything I have seen.

  This was a freakishly disturbing movie, but absolutely amazing!! Special effects were so life-like. I saw it last night, and I want to go again.....
