  The way the American government covers up the fact that WE are paying for the bombs that are killing these children. This is horrific, but necessary to see.

  Important film where three dedicated American doctors treat children who have been wounded by the IDF (Israeli Defense Forces); the children are missing limbs, have serious infections, etc. The doctors risk their lives to do this since bombs are falling around them, as Israel bombs the hospital where they are treating the children.
