Steal Away Synopsis
Lust and jealousy blossom as Cécile (Mallori Johnson), a young African traveller, arrives at the home of Fanny (Angourie Rice), an awkward girl sequestered in a bubble of wealth. In a lush, ruthless environment that evokes a troubled historical landscape, Cécile falls in love with Rufus (Idrissa Sanogo), the gardener’s son, igniting Fanny’s own turbulent sexual awakening.
