Government of Human Territories operatives Valerian (Dane DeHaan) and Laureline (Cara Delevingne) are tasked with maintaining order throughout the universe. On the orders of their commander Arün Filitt (Clive Owen), they have 10 hours to investigate the intergalactic city of Alpha, where a new species is evolving — one that threatens to destroy the entire human race.
