The Privileged Synopsis

Richard Hunter (Joshua Close), a promising young lawyer at a prestigious firm, has his future all mapped out. However, when he makes a costly mistake with a powerful client, his circumstances change.

Richard desperately wants to keep his job, and in an attempt to smooth things over, he and his wife Tara spend the weekend at senior partner Preston Westwood's cottage. Although Richard and Tara are charmed by their host, who enjoy a lavish lifestyle, they feel something ominous lies just below the surface.

A devastating act of violence leads them to realize they've become pawns in a blood feud between the Westwoods and a local family. Richard and Tara have to decide quickly what they're willing to sacrifice for success...their morals, their marriage, and/or possibly their lives.
